Iris began her real estate career in 1990 as a receptionist for a real estate sales and mortgage office which also contained a real estate school. Her position quickly evolved into transaction coordination, loan processing, school registrar, and eventually Operations Manager for four branch offices. Although Iris was a licensed Realtor in California for 20 years, her passion has always been the inner workings of the office. Iris has transcended all area of the real estate transaction: sales, transaction coordination, financing, and accounting.
Amber is the owner and founder of White Pickett Fence Services, LLC. Amber acquired her real estate licensed in 2015 and joined a high-volume real estate team one month later. In the three years that followed, she closed anywhere from 25-35 transactions each year! Since her success as a buyers’ agent, Amber has since moved to GA from South Florida and launched White Pickett Fence Services, LLC. Her vision for this company is to support her agents virtually to allow them to be present with clients and grow their business faster and bring their clients customer service experience to a new level.
Kris Schneider is the owner of Simply Contracts, LLC. She started her career in real estate 5 years ago, where she quickly realized that real estate transaction management is where her passion lies. For the past three years, as an independent business owner and, as her early career was spent developing tech code for education modules for Sylvan Learning Centers, she has been excited to play the role of a beta-tester for TC software, including TC Workflow and Command. Kris is committed to her career and ensures her success through continued learning and leadership develop, by serving as the secretary on the board of the National Association of Transaction Coordinators.
Holli Serwe, founder of Real Estate Transaction Solutions, is an Independent Licensed Transaction Coordinator, leading a team of independent transaction coordinators who pride themselves on extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Holli and her team continually monitor the state of the real estate industry and leverage technologies like Docusign, Zipforms, and numerous other broker platforms to ensure the seamless management of her client’s transactions. Holli is an active member in national and local real estate associations and is the treasurer on the board of the National Association of Transaction Coordinators.
